What is Nitrous Oxide?
Nitrous Oxide is a highly functional molecule. It is a tasteless and odourless lipophilic solvent that finds numerous applications with aromatic or edible oils, fats and thickeners. Nitrous Oxide is an EU Approved Food Additive (E942).
